The 1990 wines are powerful, well-structured and rich in aromas, yet fresh on the palate. The Taittinger Collection Corneille was produced from 50% Chardonnay grapes and 50% Pinot Noir, mostly from Taittinger's own production from the best vineyards in Champagne.
