The result is a complex wine with intense aromas of ripe red cherries, blackberries and wild strawberries, layered with notes of vanilla, cedar, cinnamon, sweet spice and toasted oak. Fine-grained tannins and fresh acidity provide excellent structure, leading to a long, smooth finish with lingering spice and savoury oak.
