Grapes are sourced from partner vineyards in the Jerez district, grown on Albariza soils and harvested in early September. Unlike Fino or Amontillado, this Oloroso does not age under flor; it is fortified to 18% ABV shortly after harvest and introduced into the first criadera of the Oloroso solera.
