A dry sherry produced in Sanlucar de Barrameda, located on the Atlantic coast in the classic sherry producing region in Jerez, South West Spain. Manzanilla is similar in style to Fino sherry, however manzanilla has a unique and subtle tangy salty finish. Serve as a brilliantly refreshing aperitif or with seafood, olives or crisps.

Aged for 6 years in sherry butts (casks) under a film of 'flor' yeast which preserves the wines fresh tangy flavours while imparting its own unique bready/brioche notes.
Bodegas Barbadillo is the world's leading manzanilla producer. They have 12 bodegas spread across the ancient city of Sanlucar de Barrameda. These bodegas contain 30,000 butts of sherry.
