The Blandy's Duke of Sussex Dry Madeira has been aged for a minimum of five years to develop its complex flavors. Portugal, in particular, is renowned for producing fine wines, including the iconic Madeira region. The Duke of Sussex was named after Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, but his family is actually from England.
As a dry dessert wine, the Blandy's Duke of Sussex pairs well with cheese and charcuterie for a sophisticated gathering. Its rich, honeyed notes are balanced by subtle hints of oak and vanilla. The ABV of 19% offers a satisfying level of tannin without overpowering the palate.
The glass is filled to 75cl and comes in its own bespoke box. Single bottle packaging adds an air of exclusivity.
