The two varieties that make up the blend (Raboso and Pinot Nero) are grown in an area that extends from the foothills of the province of Treviso to the Adriatic Sea (province of Venice)
Color and Appearance: With a pink color and a fine and persistent perlage
Bouquet: It opens with fruity notes, among which cherry and forest fruits stand out (raspberries, blackcurrants, and wild blackberries in particular), and closes with pleasant and delicate floral notes
Taste: On the palate, where it is fresh, lively and pleasantly dry, it offers fruity and floral sensations and is characterized by a good retro-olfactory persistence
Pairings: Ideal as an aperitif and for the preparation of cocktails, it pairs well with appetizers, first courses and white meats, try pairing it with small fried vegetables, raw ham, soppressa and cured meats in general
