On the right bank of the Po, in the extreme south of the Lombardy region ('beyond the Po'), this land of gentle hills extends characterized by high temperature variations and a sedimentary soil with marl extremely favorable to the cultivation of Pinot Noir. The two white grape varieties (glera and chardonnay) are grown in the suitable areas of the Veneto with a temperate climate, good exposure, draining, calcareous-clayey soils and moderate fertility allow good acidity and excellent aromas to be maintained
