The DOC Venezia area extends from the foothills of the province of Treviso to the Adriatic Sea (province of Venice), or from the hills of Conegliano to the lagoon of Caorle
Color and Appearance: Straw yellow with golden reflections, fine and persistent perlage
Bouquet: Elegant and refined, it is characterized on the nose by fruity notes (especially apple and peach), delicate floral aromas (with hawthorn standing out), and it presents a note reminiscent of honey and a particular aroma of dried fruit at the end
Taste: Soft and enveloping, on the palate it presents a Ideal balance between the freshness of the Glera grape, the body of the Chardonnay grape and the acidity of the Pinot grape
Pairings: Ideal as an aperitif, it is particularly suitable in combination with first courses based on fish or vegetables (Ideal with seafood or pea risottos), grilled fish, crustaceans and molluscs, it goes equally well with white meats (such as chicken and turkey) and with vegetable-based dishes
