TRAMINER AROMATICO: 100% Traminer grapes are left whole inside the press for around 12 hours before being gently crushed. After a period of temperature-controlled fermentation, an 'elevage' period on the yeast lees completes the wine's aromatic balance
THE BOUQUET: A nice shade of yellow with elegant gold touches, the Traminer Aromatico has a nose flooded by the floral notes typical of the variety and is reminiscent of yellow rose and lesser calamint with hints of citrus fruit
THE TASTE: The notes found in the bouquet are echoed in the palate forming a dry wine with a rich, mineral profile and a balanced finish. Pairs excellently with warm appetizers, soups and minestrone, vegetable dishes, fish, white meat and soft cheeses
