Franco Dal Cero manages the vineyards while Igino Dal Cero oversees winemaking. The family played a key role in establishing the Lugana DOC and are now its largest vineyard owners. VineyardGrapes are sourced from low-trained single and double Guyot vines aged 12–37 years, planted on glacial alluvial soils that moderate vigour and preserve acidity.
