Often enjoyed as an aperitif, it also pairs beautifully with savoury and mature flavours. After harvest in early September, the wine begins life as a Fino, spending 3 years under flor at 15% ABV. This Amontillado displays a shining amber colour and an extraordinarily complex nose of raisins, nuts, and tangy aromas.
