Viticulture The grapes for this wine are hand-harvested from the Dealul Tiganului, Odobești, and Murfatlar vineyards, ensuring careful selection and optimal ripeness. Twenty per cent of the juice from each tank is drained for rosé, after which the must is decanted for 24 hours and inoculated with selected yeasts.
