WHAT’S OUR STORY – Discarded is on a mission to create delicious super premium spirits experiences through the transformation of needless waste. We champion the opportunity to creatively repurpose ingredients and materials that otherwise would be thrown away. For our sweet vermouth we take a fortified wine which was previously used to flavour whisky barrels and infuse it an extract from the discarded shells of the coffee berry to create our deliciously unique and complex fruity sweet vermouth.
