SECRET RECIPE - The exact recipes of Dolin Vermouth are a closely guarded secret but there are 17 different plants used.
TASTING NOTES - This has rich orange citrus fruit aromas, as well as some sugary, toffee character. Other botanicals that include cinchona bark and hyssop, but tasters identified nutmeg, cinnamon and custard. There is a distinct creamy texture, too.
