TASTING NOTES - Domaine de Montille is one of the most historic family-owned estates in Burgundy, founded in the mid-18th century and now run by 9th generation Etienne de Montille. Etienne introduced organic farming to their vineyards as early as 1995, and Biodynamic practices followed from 2005.
