Göttelmann 2021 Chardonnay dry is a round, full-bodied, dry Pinot style wine. In the nose and on the palate, this wine shows buttery flavours. It has a warm aroma of walnut and even a hint of melon. The long-lasting and rich finish is a perfect complement to the wine's smooth texture. The vines that produced the grapes for this wine are over 30 years old, and the grapes were picked in October with a small yield. The crushed grapes were left in contact with the skins for 24 hours before being pressed, and the juice was fermented in oak casks. This unisex wine pairs well with veal, filet of Wellington, and asparagus with Hollandaise sauce. It has an alcohol content of 13.5% vol. and a residual sugar of 3.2 g/l, with an acidity of 6.8 g/l. The wine comes in a 75cl size.
