Sourced from a 6 hectares of south east and west facing slopes on the Il Cascinone estate in the Monferrato Hills of Piemonte. The wine spends 12 months in French oak barrels, 10-15% being new oak. Spicy dark chocolate, black cherry and toasted spice on the nose.
