Hand‑crafted in the rugged Roussillon region of Southern France this Syrah from Cotes Catalanes honours ancient winemaking traditions. The project was led by Master of Wine Liam Steevenson and oenologist Pierrick Harang, working alongside the seventh‑generation Bousquet vineyard owners.
