Production La Gitana is produced from Palomino grapes grown in the chalky albariza soils of the Balbaina and Miraflores vineyards. Tasting notes Pale straw in colour, La Gitana is bone-dry and refreshing, with flavours of green apple, chamomile, almond, and straw, lifted by a subtle sea-breeze salinity.
