VineyardGrapes are grown in the estate’s own vineyards in O Rosal, planted on well-drained soils that benefit from the cooling Atlantic breezes. WinemakingHand-harvested in 20 kg cases, grapes undergo a 6-hour cold maceration at 10°C, followed by gentle pressing.
