MIDI APERITIFS: Our name refers to the southern part of France called Le Midi. A place where apero, petanque and rose are considered heritage. Our aperitifs recreate that southern "je ne sais quoi" and teleport you to a sun-covered terrace.
CLASSIC RED: With a Syrah rosé wine base, fortified with distillates of cassis and bergamot, and characterised by subtle hints of rosemary, fennel seeds and wormwood, this is the South in a bottle.
THE PROCESS: Working with smaller vineyards allows us to carefully select our wine bases. While the grapes ferment, we macerate and distil the best Mediterranean fruit, which is combined with our wine before fortification.
TO SERVE: Beautiful sipped neat, or as part of The Sorrentino cocktail- made by mixing 50ml Classic Red Midi, 30ml Bitters, 30ml Limoncello in a highball glass, and topping with tonic water and a orange wedge garnish.
ENJOY:A juicy drink somewhere in between a wine and a spirit. Complex flavours, fresh, easy to drink, low in alcohol. Best enjoyed with friends and beautiful sunsets.
