VACUUM DISTILLED FOR BETTER FLAVOUR - Produced using the vacuum-distillation technique invented by our founder Ian Hart. Distilled at a lower temperature, we use less than 10% of the energy of a normal distillery. This also means the chemical composition of the flavour is not altered.
SERVED AT DUKES MARTINI BAR - Our bone dry vermouth was made in collaboration with Alessandro Palazzi of Dukes Bar in London, and is used in every Dry Martini served at this world-famous martini bar. Contains 50cl, 21.8% abv
SUSTAINABLE LONDON BASED DISTILLERY - Our micro-distillery in Highgate, London saves over 120,000L of water per year, thanks to our closed-loop condenser system. We recycle used botanicals with anaerobic digestion, a great source of renewable energy. We are also eliminating single-use plastic and all our packaging is recyclable or biodegradable.
