Sanchez Romate Oloroso NV has a mahogany, bright and transparent colour. Very aromatic, fragrant and esterified aromas. It has a dry, full bodied, oak and nuts flavours.
Having spent at least 5 years in solera this wonderful wine, which has aged in the presence of oxygen, has developed rich, round fruity notes.
Serve at room temperature in a wine glass. It is ideal for serving with aged cheese, nuts, meats and consomme.
