Sanchez Romate Palo Cortado Regente NV has an amber-gold appearance; transparent and bright. On the nose it offers oak, almond and nut aromas. Its complexity and smoothness on the palate are incredible with hints of yeast, almonds, evolving to raisins, and an almost varnish like sheen.
100 Percent Palomino Fino grape variety. This fascinating wine was a fino/amontillado that started to age as an oloroso and offers characteristics from both. This has spent at least 15 years in solera.
Serve in anice wine glass at ambinet temperature. Works well with cheese, nuts and Iberic ham and breadsticks.
