Pour Chip Dry over ice in a glass, topped up with tonic and a leaf of fresh mint. A pale, straw colour. Taylor's introduced Chip Dry in 1934. Made from traditional white grape varieties, fermintation is longer than usual to give it an appetisingly crisp dry finish.
