It is produced with Sangiovese Grosso grapes in purity, harvested entirely by hand. The fermentation takes place with maceration on the skins of 18-22 days, in stainless steel at a controlled temperature of 26-28 °C. Then the wine refines for 36 months in Slavonian oak barrels
This Brunello di Montalcino features an intense ruby red colour, with light garnet reflections. The nose features hints of wild fruits and purple, accompanied by elegant notes of toasted wood and cloves. The palate is well structured and soft, with great balance
