It is situated in the cradle of the DOCG Prosecco area, which is globally renowned as the original location of Prosecco production.
Vintage Prosecco, using time-honoured methods - Vinombra Prosecco is crafted through a process of soft pressing and fermentation at controlled temperatures. The sparkling process and natural fermentation take place in the autoclave over 60 days. This enables us to produce a fine, persistent perlage, and a complex aroma of fruits and florals.
Dry Italian sparkling wine - Vinombra Prosecco is characterised by its delicate brilliance and persistent fizziness. Our sparkling Prosecco is dry, fresh and light in the mouth. It is soft and well-balanced, with good aromatic length and a distinctive fruity finish.
Aromatic and fruity premium Prosecco - at once decisive and savoury, our Vinombra sparkling wine is well balanced with acid and tannin. This achieves an intense, fine and fruity bouquet, with a distinct aroma of golden apples against a floral background.
