IDEAL FOR VINES: Principi di Butera covers 320 hectares with 170 planted with vines. The vineyards, nurtured with a coastal breeze, enjoy idyllic conditions for growing a variety of grapes including Syrah grapes, used to create wines filled with sunshine
BUTIRA: A full-bodied red wine made from 100% Syrah (Shiraz) grapes. The must undergoes temperature-controlled fermentation of 28–30 °C for around 8 days before it is aged for 12 months in Slavonian barrels, after which it is further aged in bottles
AN ENVELOPING RED WINE: Discover a ruby red wine boasting a broad and persistent bouquet with notes of morello cherry, fruit, and sweet spices and a palate that enjoys a rich, enveloping structure with sensations of fruitiness and a long, soothing finish

CARIZZA: A light and bright straw-yellow wine formed from 100% Insolia grapes, harvested at peak ripeness and softly pressed before undergoing temperature-controlled fermentation. It is then kept on lees for 6 months before subsequent bottle ageing
RICH & HARMONIOUS FLAVOUR: Carizza is a delicate, fresh white wine varietal with a nutty and citrusy character, herbal notes, and hints of white flowers and tropical fruits such as cantaloupe, pineapple, and mango. Best served chilled between 10-12°C
