VINIFICATION: Must obtained from Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara grapes macerates with the skins in temperature-controlled vinifiers for a week then undergoes malolactic fermentation to lower the acidity before finally being aged in Slavonian oak casks
THE BOUQUET: Brilliant and vivid colours comprising a rich ruby red with purple hues, the Bardolino Classico's seductive aromas will draw you in. The nose is very intense with floral and fruity notes of dried red flowers and cherries
