CUVÈE ROSÉ : An Italian sparkling rosé wine bottled in the north of Italy, , the home of Italian sparkling wine. Cuvée Rosé is produced from a blend of Garganega, Trebbiano, Chardonnay, Merlot, Pinot Noir and Raboso grapes. Best served chilled at 5-6°C
VINIFICATION: Must is obtained by soft-pressing grapes, where half undergoes temperature-controlled fermentation and half is stored at 0°C, unfermented. Both halves are reunited in stainless steel tanks for secondary fermentation with the Charmat method
