VINIFICATION: After picking, the Trebbiano di Lugana grapes are immediately destemmed and soft-pressed. The must is left to ferment for 10 days at 18°C to exalt the primary aromas and organoleptic qualities. It remains in contact with its yeast for up to three months THE BOUQUET: Bright yellow with slight greenish hues, this Lugana captivates with a delicate floral bouquet that is still rich with scents of lively fresh fruit that showcase a typical and recognisable aromatic tone
THE TASTE: Soft and balanced, the palate presents exceptional freshness supported by pleasant olfactory nuances and a depth of flavour that persists in the mouth for a long-lasting finish PAIRING NOTES: Best served chilled at 8-10°C, this Italian white makes an ideal apéritif that pairs excellently with hors d'oeuvres, vegetable-based pasta and rice dishes.
